The L2B Dashboard 

Company Usage

Company Usage also referred to as a Usage Report is located on the Dashboard menu on the left hand side under Reporting.

When clicking on Company Usage the following page will appear. If you click on Company, Division, Branches, Contacts the heading’s will be highlighted and the drop down will be highlighted and the section expanded.

Contacts will display as follows for example:

You are able to click on each level to view the usage reports as well as each contact.

For example the Company Usage Report will display as follows. And can be filtered using the 3 bars on the top left:

 

 

The Division Usage Report will display as follows:

The Branch Usage Report will display as follows:

 

The Individual/Contacts Usage Report will display as follows:

On each level you will see links which indicate you can click on these links to view that specific Contacts Usage Report.

Monitors – Calendar

The “Calendar” is where you can view reminders that you have set for tenders and projects in a calendar format.

You can view or edit your reminder by simply clicking on the DTA or PPA number shown above.

You will then come to the page below, where you can either cancel the reminder, create a new reminder, view the tender that you have the reminder.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As this reminder has passed you also can go to Historical to view the reminder if you wish you can re-instate the reminder for a different date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can view the Calendar by Month, Week or Day by selecting an option below:

To view the  “Calendar” as full screen click on either of 3 options below as indicated.

You will then view the Calendar as follows, you can select if you wish to view either Project or Tender Reminders only by clicking on “Filter By”, then select your option.

If you wish to Sync the Calendar with your Google calendar you click on Actions and Download ICS.

 

Reporting – Monitors

Under Reporting you are also able to get reports for your Monitors:

The following page will be displayed. You can also download the report using the icon on the graph.

 

Main Users & Monitors (can only view their own report) can see whether assigned items have been interacted with, whether notes have been made and the most recent note will be displayed. You are also able to search through the list using a keyword, toggle the various columns and download your selections.

 

 

Online Footprint

You are able to get Reports of your Online Footprint:

You can select the various options

  • Online Activity
  • Project Engagement
  • Vendor Engagement
  • Site Engagement
  • Tender Engagement
  • Buyer Engagement

Each option will open reports relevant to option you have chosen, they will include graphs and you will be able to use the relevant filters to alter the results accordingly:

Design your own report

You are able to Design your own report for Projects/Tenders under Reporting by clicking on:

  1. The following page will open up and you can select your content option and click ‘continue’:

3. You can then customize your report according to the Report Fields and also select your Result Limit :

 

Once you are happy with your results you can click on the ‘Download Projects/Tenders’ and will get the following notification:

 

 

 

Notifications

Users will receive notifications for the following:

Notice – Leads 2 Business (Updates relevant to the services you are subscribed)

Leads – Notes that you/your monitors have made on Projects or Tenders

Requests – To Monitor

Requests – To Un-monitor

 

There are 3 ways the Notifications page can be accessed:

  1. From the Notifications Icon
  2. From the grey tool-bar on the left-hand side
  3. Under ‘Subscriber Name’ on the drop down box:

Once you have clicked on either of the above options the Notifications appear as a list.

Notifications can be filtered (by the service you are subscribed to) using the filter icon :

All Unread items display as Bold

You are able to search through notifications using the

 

You are also able to select multiple messages or display a different amount of messages using the following:

Notices can be marked as Read, Unread or All As Read using the Actions bar:

 

 

When clicking on each Notice it will open in order for you to read the full message:

 

When clicking on each Lead it will open in order for you to read the full message where you can also click on the relevant hyperlink (in blue) which will open the relevant Tender/Project in a new tab which Note relates to.

The Request to Monitor/Unmonitor can also be accessed via an e-mail and you are able to click on “Request Notifications” to redirect to the Notifications page.

The requests can be “Approved” or “Denied” in bulk using the selection boxes and Actions bar.

 

When clicking on each Request it will open in order for you to read the full message:

Update Your Password

To update your password click on ‘Profile Settings’:

Click on ‘Change Password’:

Enter your current password in the first block and then enter your new password in the second and third blocks. Your password needs to be at least 6 characters long.

Once you have entered your new password click on ‘Change Password’

 

Billing information

‘Billing Information’

This is information pertaining to your Account with Leads 2 Business. You can view the payment which is currently outstanding, under ‘Account’.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

‘Accounts Contacts’

Reflects you Account Information, Company Name, Address and Contact Details

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

‘Invoice History’

‘Payments’

Once you click on ‘Pay Now’, you can through the steps to make your payment and select submit.

 

‘Upload proof of payment’ (under the Action’s tab )

If you wish to upload proof of payment once you have made your payment and send it through to our Accounts Department, complete the information below and then send.

 

 

Leads

Leads

If you want to view all your leads from the Previous day, you can view the leads here with various options how to view the leads.

If you would like to Monitor a Lead click on the following icon. You can monitor the lead yourself or allocate the lead to one of your monitors.

If you don’t want the lead to reflect on your search you can “Dismiss Lead” and it will be totally removed from the search on the system. (If you wish to re-activate your dismissed leads you need to go into ‘Settings’ and then go to ‘Tag Management’.)

If you want to “reload’ the leads click the following icon and it will reload the search with your changes and add new leads that have been added to the system from that day that match your profile.

Favourite Professionals

Your favourite professionals that you have selected will be listed as follows:

This shows that 5 Favourite Professionals are reflecting:

If you would like to search your Favourite Professionals, type in the name in the search block and it will automatically reflect.

If you would like to view your Favourite Professionals in alphabetical order, either click on the arrow next to the Name or the Company Name.

The “No” indicated below means that you have not e-mailed the favourite professional before.

If you select the dustbin it allows you to remove this professional from being a Favourite Professional.

Monitors

Monitors 

Monitoring enables you to receive regular updates via e-mail on any changes to the Project or Tender Notice (i.e. Closing Date extension, status change, etc).
This feature also enables you to draw reports of all monitored items.
A maximum of 5 staff members or colleagues within your company may be set up, to whom you may electronically allocate projects and tenders to.

To view all your monitored leads for Yourself (the Main User) and selected Monitors, click on the following:

To view all monitored Leads listed altogether select “Select All Leads”

“Details on our Directory”  will take you through to the “Directory Entry Wizard” where you can edit your Company information and how it reflects on our Directory by following each step while completing the required information and then clicking on which will only appear on Step 6.

Trending – Market Intelligence

Trending > Market Intelligence

This is where you can see a visual overview of what content Leads 2 Business have published.

 

Market Intelligence  > Projects

Click on ‘Reporting on the left side of the page and select ‘Trending’ and then ‘Projects’:

 

You can select your preferred date range at the top of the page and click apply, this will apply your date range to all the graphs.

To download any of the graphs click on the icon   on the right-hand side of the graph:

 

 

You will be able to pull graphs of:

  • Projects published by Region
  • Projects published by Industry
  • Projects published by Value.

Each graph will allow you to customize the data by selecting options,  e.g. Sector, Status, Values, Category, Industry and Region:

 

 

 

 

Trending > Market Intelligence: Tenders

Click on ‘Reporting on the left side of the page and select ‘Trending’ and then ‘Tenders’:

You can select your preferred date range at the top of the page and click apply, this will apply your date range to all the graphs:

 

You will be able to pull graphs of:

  • Tenders published by Region
  • Tenders published by Industry
  • Tenders published by Value.

Each graph will allow you to customize the data by selecting options,  e.g. Status, Categories, Industries, CIDB Gradings, Regions and Awarded Tenders. When generating a Report for Awarded Tenders (check box is ticked) the Awarded Date is prioritized over Published Date

 

 

 

 

 

Monitoring

To manage your monitors, go to your Dashboard, Click on “Settings” and Select “Your Monitors”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This will open a page where you, as main user, are listed firstly, then your monitors.

 

To add a new monitor: Click on “Actions” in the Top Right Corner of the Page, then select “Create a Monitor”. Please ensure that the monitor you need to add, has the same domain name as the main user. There is a limit of 5 monitors. Each extra monitor, is at an additional fee.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Under the “Actions” button at the top right of the page, you can also “View Archived Monitors”. Here you can un-archive a monitor at a time, that you need to activate again. By clicking on the little arrow, next to the applicable monitor’s name. Should you not have archived any monitors yet, this feature will not be available to you yet. Bare in mind your limit of 5 Monitors.

Should you wish to edit an existing Monitor, Go to the monitor on the list, and click on the “Actions” right, above their name.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Archive Monitor” – If you wish to remove this monitor off your list of monitors. They may have left this company. Or no longer deal with tenders. Your list of monitors will automatically refresh when you select this option.
“Download Leads” – Download leads that are assigned to this monitor. You can Make selections, based on what you need your download to contain (click on Continue, to proceed with the selections), then download Tenders/ Projects. Note that these are only tenders and projects monitored by this monitor. You can only download one at a time (eg. Tenders or Projects, not both). For more information view Download this Lead.

“Edit this monitor” – in the instance where you need to change a monitor’s surname (if they got married; or it was misspelled when created). This is also where you can change their password. You can also update the Email address, as long as it abides by the same domain rule.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Email Signature” – You can upload a Logo and signature for your monitor. The Monitor can also do this from their own Dashboard, under “Settings”, “Profile”.

“Usage Report” – A breakdown of searches done, tenders and/ or projects viewed.This is based on a date range (defaults to the last month), but you can change it based on the statistics you may need.

You can also change the data that displays, under “Actions” or download the information, using the download arrow.


“Remove Leads” – Bulk removing Tenders/ Projects. Select the option you would like (Tenders/ Projects) and click on “Remove”.


“Replace this Monitor” – Overwrite a monitor (with a monitor that is taking over their task to deal with tenders/ projects). This will move the monitored items over to the new monitor. Bare in mind the domain name must remain the same as the main user.


“Transfer / Copy Leads” – Transfer or copy leads to another monitor. You can select the Tenders and/or Projects being monitored. You can select whether you want to “Transfer” or “Copy”. And then select to which existing monitor you wish to “Transfer” or “Copy” to. Select “Transfer”.

When a monitor is created, they will receive an email with their own Username and Password.
Each time a Tender or Project is assigned to a monitor, they get an email with a PDF copy of the tender/ project they have been assigned.

Logged in as a Monitor

Monitors only have full access to the tenders/ projects that they have been assigned. A Monitor is able to search for anything on our website, but will only be able to view Tenders/ Projects they are monitoring.

Should you find a tender or project that you are wanting to view, on the tender view page, under “Actions” click on “Add Request to Monitor DTA…”.


The request will be sent to the main user, for approval.
Monitors on tenders or projects, get Update emails as the Tender/ Project progresses (If documents are added, or details are changed, or it gets awarded, etc. ).
Monitors can request Award details on Closed Tender, that they are monitoring.

Monitors can also Directly contact the Researcher on tenders/ projects they are monitoring.


Monitors cannot request Site Attendance Registers/ Bidders List or Bill of Quantities, on Tenders that they are not monitoring. However, Monitors can see documents already attached to the Tender / Project.

Monitors can request a Site Attendance Register, Bidder’s List and BOQ on SA Live Tenders they’ve been assigned (it won’t allow them on Tenders they aren’t monitoring)

 

 

Importing Monitors

Under the “Actions” button at the top right of the page, you can also “Import Monitors”. This functionality will only be available to subscribers that have had access to our website prior to July 2016, who made use of the “Send Tender to Colleague” Functionality. This will give you a list of email addresses listed with the same domain name as the Main User, or those with a different domain name. You can select the email address that you want to import, and select “Import Selected”. Or if it is a monitor with a different domain “Send Import Request”, the request will be sent to the Account Executive, for consideration. Please bare in mind the limit of 5 monitors.

Buyer 

You can go to the “Buyer” Home Page by clicking on either options below. The “Buyer” Homepage is where the “Buyer” can request a Bill of Quantities (BOQ’s) to be uploaded (Create a New Bill Request) and view Active, Pending and Archived BOQ’s. Vendor 

You can go to the “Vendor” Home Page by clicking on either options below.

The “Vendor” Homepage is where the “Vendor” can view Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) that were sent via the Leads 2 Business platform by our Buyers.

Advisory Filters

Your advisory filters are the key to receiving the relevant information from Leads 2 Business on a daily basis. The Daily Advisory is sent via e-mail in the afternoon and contains a summary of all the new projects and tenders published for the day according to how your filters are set up.

 

To view or edit your profile, log in and click on your name in the top right hand side on the website, then select ‘Advisory Settings’

You will be directed to your advisory settings where you can set your Advisory Filter criteria.

 

You will be redirected to the Advisory Filter wizard to update your settings:

You need to ensure that there is a tick next to your email address. If it is showing

a X

, it means that you have not confirmed your email address and you will not receive your Daily Advisories. If you would like to have your Confirmation email resent to you, click on the block on the

right hand

side of your email address, then select actions and select ‘Resend Confirmation Email’.

If you are subscribed for Projects you will need to ensure that you have ‘Project Advisory :

Project Information – Conceptual to Complete’ selected in order to receive information on Projects published.

‘Industry Advisory :

Updates & Information on South African Tenders’ will allow you select what Tenders you want to receive by category i.e. building, infrastructure, security

and fire etc.

‘Awards Advisory :

Receive information on Awarded Tenders ‘ will result in you receiving award information on Tenders which fit into your selected filters

‘Africa Advisory :

Tender information outside of South African borders ‘, you will be sent information on Tenders which fit into your filters which are outside of South Africa (if you are subscribed to receive Africa information)

‘Keywords Advisory :

Refine your search results by using Keywords ‘ will allow you to select your own specific keywords, i.e. CCTV, Grass Cutting, Office Furniture etc. Our server searches which tenders have your keywords in them and will send these to you in the Keyword Advisory on you Daily Advisory.

Once you have selected from this list, click on continue at the bottom of the page.

Project Categories & Project Status:

If you are subscribed for Projects you will need to select one or both of the the following:

Building – Building within the various Industry Sectors

Infrastructure – Infrastructure and civil works within the various Industry Sectors

Your Projects Status is determined by when you will need to get involved on a Project:

Conceptual: This is the beginning phase of the Project. The Developers will be securing funding and feasibility.

Procedural: This involves obtaining Environmental Impact Assesment, Property Rezoning and Appointment of the consulting team

Design: Most of the Design team will have been appointed at this phase and they are working on Plans and Bill of Quantities

Tender: The Project is out to tender to main contractors. Bidding main contractors using our site to obtain pricing from sub-contractors and suppliers will be listed under the Bidders tab.

Awarded: Project has been awarded to a main contractor

Underway: Early underway projects will be when the main contractor has just moved onto site, and this will be tracked until it has been completed

Postponed: The Project is on hold, if you assisgn yourself as a monitor you will be notified via email when the status changes and the Project is resumed

Complete: Practical completion is nearing the end or is structurally complete

Cancelled: Project is no longer going ahead

Once you have selected from this list, click on continue at the bottom of the page.

Select the relevant CIDB Gradings for your company as well as the relevant Project Values. These values are the amount for the construction of the entire project.

Selecting Keywords:

Our server searches for your keywords within the tenders that are published each day, and the relevant tenders are then included in your email under the ‘Keyword Advisory’.

To search specific Keywords, use the block on the

left hand

side of the page:

Here you are able to search your keyword and select ‘Search’, a list of all of our keywords which include your word will be displayed.

Select which words you would like to add to your selection and then click on ‘Actions’ and select ‘Add Keyword’.

 

This will add the selected keywords to your list of keywords in the block on the right side of your screen.

If you would like to choose keywords from our list of keywords, you will use the middle block. By clicking on a letter on the side in blue, this will take you to all the keywords that we have listed starting with that letter.

You can then select the keywords that are relevant, then click on the ‘Actions’ option at the top of the same block, and select ‘Add Keyword’.

Your ‘Current Keywords’ are the keywords that are used as filters for your emails:

If you would like to remove or suggest a new keyword you will select the ‘Actions’ option at the top the block on the right side of your screen.

Once you are happy with your keywords, select continue at the bottom of the page.

Additional Options:

Send me an Email even if there are no results that match my filters – If nothing is published according to your filters for a specific day, we will still send you an email, just to let you know that we haven’t forgotten about you

Send me all award information regardless of my filters – This will forward all tender award information that we publish.

Apply keywords to all available tenders, regardless of my Advisory Profile Filters – This searches for your keywords throughout all the industries and regions, if this is not selected, the server will only search your selected industries and regions for your keywords

Send the previous advisories – If selected, this will email you the previous days Daily Advisory to show what was published according to your filters that you have just updated.

If you are looking for assistance when you are online and logged into the website, listed under the Leads 2 Business logo on the home page, on the dropdown menu on the left hand side of your screen, scroll down and you will find Support.

 

When you click on  (Frequently Asked Questions), the following screen will appear :

 

 

 

The various headings are highlighted in Blue with the most commonly asked questions listed directly  below. The following headings can be found under here :

You can scroll down the page until you find the heading that relates to your query. Under the heading will be listed several questions. You can click on the question, it will turn blue and the answer to the question will appear underneath. An example is shown below :

 

 

 

 

If you are unable to find an answer to your particular question here,  there are other ways of getting in touch with us and getting an answer to your problem or query. Go back to menu on your homepage, scroll down again to Support, Click on Support and you will see various other options listed there :

 

LiveHelp – This is our livechat facility that operates during office hours, Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 5.00pm. Here you can talk directly to an operator online and get an immediate response.

Contact us – This gives you various ways of getting in touch with us in order to best assist you.

Help – This is a on-line tutorial help facility, using pictures/videos to assist you.

Library – This is where all the documents are stored – i.e.  General Conditions of Contract etc. and you can download documents from the Library.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions, which is explained above.

 

 

 

Library

If you are looking for various documents to view and download, the Library is where you will find them. Under Library which is located under Support on the drop down menu on the left hand side of your screen when you are logged into the Leads 2 Business website, on the home page, as shown below:

 

When you click on , the following screen will appear :

 

 

In the Library you can find General Conditions of Contract, Proformas and other forms. The documents are listed across the top in green tabs. Underneath the green tabs, the various documents are listed with a picture as indicated above.

 

When you click on the green tab, Like for instance the All tab, once clicked,the tab will turn from green into grey and all the documents available in the library will be displayed with pictures underneath and the titles of the documents are listed under the pictures.

When you put your mouse on the picture of the document you are interested in, the picture will move up and a green download button will appear, giving you the option to download the document to your computer and from there you can print it. Click on the green download button to download the document.

 

 

Help

If you are logged into the website and wanting assistance or help with navigating the website, this help facility can assist you. You can find this help facility under Support on the menu on the left hand side of your screen under the Leads 2 Business logo, as shown below :

 

Once you click on Support, the following dropdown menu will appear and for the Help Tutorials, you need to click on Help as shown below :

 

 

Once you click on the Help, the following screen will open, as shown below.

All the different Help options are listed across the top in the form of green tabs.  Whatever you are looking for assistance with on the website, you

can click on the relevant green tab and a screenshot will appear showing you what to look for on the website.

 

Contact Us

If you are looking for some support on the website and/or wanting to get in touch with Leads 2 Business, this is where you can find the support and help.

Maybe you would like a Sales Executive to get hold of you, or maybe you have a question after working hours or over weekends when the LiveHelp facility is not operational, then you can use this facility to get in touch with us and we will respond during working hours, Monday to Friday.

Once you have logged into the website, on the home page on the menu on the left hand side of your screen, under the Leads 2 Business Logo,  if you scroll down the menu to the Support Button as shown in the screenshot below:

 

Once you click on the Support Icon, you will get the following options :

 

 

Once you click on the Contact Us Icon, you will have the following options available: Feedback OR Request an Appointment.

On this page, you can either send us Feedback, using the following box. You will type your request, suggestion or compliment into the box provided and when finished, hit the Green Send Feedback button and the feedback will be sent directly through to us and we will respond to you shortly.

 

Or, alternatively also on this page, directly underneath the Feedback box, also on the right hand side of your screen is the option to Request an Appointment. If you would like a Sales Executive to come out and see you, you can complete this box, requesting an appointment.

In the top box, you can just fill in a short subject line and in the second box underneath, if you have any additional information pertaining to your request, you can fill it in here. Once you have finished typing in your request, you can click on the green Request Appointment button at the bottom and it will send the request directly to us and someone from Leads 2 Business will give you a call to set up an appointment time.

 

On the left hand side of this page, is a map giving directions to Leads 2 Business Head office in Hilton and contact details for the Head Office in Hilton as well as details of your Sales Executive :

 

Located underneath the map, on the right hand side of your screen, towards the bottom, you will see the following contact information :

 

 

Profile Settings

You can view and edit your Personal Info, Change Password, View what you are Subscribed to, Email Signature (add your signature with your company logo), Bulk Allocate and Cleanup Projects.

Once you have selected Profile settings you will come through to this page:

Resend Advisories

Click on “Resend Advisories” and you will be able to resend your previous advisories. Advisory being the e-mail you receive on a daily basis with a summary of all the tenders and projects for that particular day.

The blue block indicates the date you would like to receive the advisories. Select the advisory you would like to receive and select a date and select resend. You will then receive your advisories shortly.

 

 

Advisory Settings 

Advisory Settings 

Your Advisory is the e-mail you receive on a daily basis with a summary of all the leads for that particular day that are of interest to you. Your Advisory Settings are very important as if you have incorrect settings you can miss out on Leads. In order to edit your settings, you need to select “Advisory Settings” (You can also view your “Advisory Settings” by going to “Settings” and select “Advisory Settings”).

You will then come through to the Advisory Settings Wizard.

Inbox (Messaging) – Envelope Logo

You can either click on the envelope next to your name, or click on the drop down arrow next to your name and select “Inbox” or you can click on “Inbox” to view sent and received e-mails (Emails that were sent via the L2B platform). The e-mails address needs to be on our Directory before you can send the e-mail so therefore the e-mails listed here will either to/from for Monitors (if you have requested a Monitor to Monitor a project or tender), Professionals on our Directory and if there have been any updates on RFQ’s that you have been sent.

“All” next to the 4 horizontal lines

Click on the drop down arrow next to “All” and you can search the system for all Projects, Tenders, Directory, News and All (all of the above) on the system at the same time or you can minimize your search and select each category individually and select search.

For Example if you wish to search for Projects only, click on “Projects” and in the “Search” block type in a Keyword, eg: Name of a Project or part of the project name, PPA Number and Company Name etc. and then select search Icon. The same pertains to Tenders.

For “Directory” search type in either the Company Name, Name of Person or e-mail address or contact number etc and then search icon.

For “News” this is to search for the Daily News Letter which goes out everyday with the Daily Advisories if you select to receive the news letter.

L2B Logo – Takes you back to the Dashboard

To return to the “Dashboard” click on the Leads 2 Business Logo.

Another way to get back to the Dashboard is to go to “Home” and select “Dashboard”

 

LiveHelp

LiveHelp is an instant help facility whereby you can chat to a staff member online and receive instant assistance. LiveHelp runs during office hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm.

If you are logged in and require assistance, because, for example, you cannot find a certain tender, or project when searching.

There are two ways of finding LiveHelp:

  1. On the grey toolbar at the top of your screen on the far right hand side of the screen, there is a small set of headphones, you click on that icon, as indicated below :

 

 

2.   Alternatively, you can use the drop down menu on your home page The dashboard on the left hand side of your screen under the Leads to Business Logo. Scroll down and under Support, you will find

LiveHelp which will also take you into LiveHelp:

 

When you click on Either the Headphones on the top tool bar OR Support from the Menu, it will take you to the following screen in LiveHelp. Scroll down to the bottom of the

screen to where it says “Type a message” as indicated below:

 

 

Next to the circle you can start typing your question or message to the operator. Hit enter and the message will send through to the Operator, who will pick up your message and answer as follows:

 

 

Your name will appear as will the operator’s name, so you can see who are chatting with.

 

Before you end the chat, you may wish to rate the quality of the service you received and you can do this by click on the the “thumbs-up” icon on the top right hand side of the blue tool bar as indicated:

 

 

 

Once you click on the “thumbs-up” icon, the following screen will appear and you can type in your comments :

Under Knowledge, Friendliness, Responsiveness and Overall are  all star ratings to rate the operator and there is a Comment block at the bottom where you can type a short comment to sum up your experience.

Once complete. Hit the send button and it will take you back to the chat page.

 

When you have finished chatting to the operator and wish to leave the chat. At the top of your screen on the blue bar on the far left hand side, is a row of three dots, if you click on these as indicated a drop down menu will appear and you can click on end chat as indicated below :

 

 

Also on this drop-down menu are the following features :

Switch sounds on/off – you can use the slide to turn the sound on the chat on or off, if you find the “beeping” sound annoying or irritating. By positioning your mouse on the button and then sliding the button under the “thumbs-up” icon to the left, will turn the sounds off. To turn the sound back on, slide the button to the right.

Send chat transcript by email, you will automatically receive a copy of your chat with the operator, by email, if you do not wish to receive a copy of the chat transcript, position your mouse on the button and slide the button across to the left and this will turn this function off and you will not receive a copy of the chat transcript.

Change my details – this will change your contact details as they appear on the LiveHelp chat.

Send File – Click on this if you  would like to to send or attach a file for the operator to have a look at, you can do it here and the following screen will appear :

 

You can select the file you wish to send, first. Then click Upload and it will send the file.

Print – Click on this if you would like to print a copy of the chat transcript.

End Chat – Click on this to terminate the chat with the operator when you are finishing chatting.

Calendar

The “Calendar” is where you can view reminders that you have set for tenders and projects in a calendar format.

You can view or edit your reminder by simply clicking on the DTA or PPA number shown above.

You will then come to the page below, where you can either cancel the reminder, create a new reminder, view the tender that you have the reminder.

 

As this reminder has passed you also can go to Historical to view the reminder if you wish you can re-instate the reminder for a different date.

 

You can view the Calendar by Month, Week or Day by selecting an option below:

To view the  “Calendar” as full screen click on either of 3 options below as indicated.

You will then view the Calendar as follows, you can select if you wish to view either Project or Tender Reminders only by clicking on “Filter By”, then select your option.

If you wish to Sync the Calendar with your Google calendar you click on Actions and Download ICS.

 

Login

You can enter your login details on the top left hand corner of the L2B landing page:

Remember passwords are case sensitive. If you have forgotten your Login you can click on ‘Forgot Login?’ alternative you can click on Log in to access your Leads

The Dashboard is the landing page for L2B  subscribers, this is where it all begins, from searching for tenders, projects and professionals, viewing your monitors, messaging, settings, reports, view your calendar, support and viewing your favourite professionals.

Messaging

Messaging

Messaging can be accessed from the Dashboard.

In the list on the left side of the page “Inbox”, on the Toolbar at the top right of the page (the Envelope). When you hover over the envelope, select “View All”. It will also take you to your Inbox. Or When you hover over your name in the top right corner of the page, and select “Inbox”.

You can filter options such as follows: Received Date, Subject etc. These columns can also be sorted by descending and ascending options:

You can select your messages to do certain things in bulk by clicking on “Actions”. Here you can Mark selected items as Read, Important, Delete etc .

You can also increase the page size to show more than 10 results on the same page:

You can also filter under Sent items for “Contact Type” using the search box provided

 

Compose:

 

You can compose a new message by clicking on Compose:

The following page will open where you are able to compose a message:

The “To:” field is directly linked to the L2B Directory.
You will have to know the name of the person you are wanting to email (Professional/ Monitor).

Adding an attachment:
This will be separate to the Logo and Signature that is loaded on your Dashboard under “Settings”, “Profile”.
The attachment must be a maximum of 5MB.
Only in Word, Excel, PDF or an Image file type.
Only 1 attachment is allowed per email.

 

 

Inbox

By clicking on the various folders under Compose you are able to view the relevant messages for each folder:

 

Inbox: messages received

Important: messages you have marked Imporatnt

Trash: deleted items

Professionals: Only reflects emails received from Professionals using the L2B website (directly from Tenders/ Projects, or from the Directory)

RFQ Notices: Requests for Quotes Notices received

 

Sent

Monitors:  Tenders/ Projects that have been assigned or unassigned by yourself to your monitors.

Professionals: Only reflects emails sent to Professionals using the L2B website (directly from Tenders/ Projects, or from the Directory)

RFQ Notice’s: RFQ Notices sent. Note: This feature is only available to “Buyers” (L2Q subscribers) on the L2B website.
This is a list of RFQ notices sent to Subcontractors (who have been sent the RFQs) using the L2B website.

 

Your Team

When clicking on a Monitors Name under Your Team, it opens a new email page, automatically addressing the email to that monitor.

 


Read Receipts: reflects as follows showing Read Receipt confirmations for Monitors and Professionals

Please Note: The e-mail has to be read (or Marked as Read) in their Inbox on L2B for it to reflect “True” as a Read receipt (this does not reflect if read on an e-mail client)
